2 year old twins!

In all fairness mom kept warning me that her twins were hard to photograph and are very active. Did I listen? Of course not! How can two beautiful little girls be challenging?? They show up and they made my heart stop. Two precious blond haired princesses is what they looked like to me. And yes they were active and like most two year olds very challenging to photograph. However, what happened during the shoot I would not have believed unless I was there to witness it. I place them by the water so they can dip their toes. They had other plans! Before myself, mom or dad could stop them, they went swimming and I have the photos to prove it! We did not know whether to laugh or cry and all I could think is I hope my insurance covers anything they might catch in that water! All we could do is smile and watch them seize the moment. After the session we were all exhausted. I love the pictures and I certainly hope mom and dad love them as well. There will be plenty of times to get their posed shots together as they grow up but never again will they be 2. And they are beautiful and they are precious and oh so funny! Do I have pictures to share? Of course I do!

A new look!

A fresh new customized blog to compliment some new add ons. In the next couple of weeks I will be releasing eight custom designed holiday cards. I am so excited - they were designed by a very talented artist and they are unique and fresh~ I am also releasing some edgy designs to compliment those senior pictures. Your announcement will stand out from the crowd as it is different and fun and expresses teenagers perfectly. I am really excited to introduce these new looks.

I just finished editing a renewal of vows ceremony which took place at Bent Tree church. This couple was celebrating twenty years of marriage and her husband surprised her with the ceremony and reception. The real surprise came when she learned the reception would be at her house! It was a very touching ceremony and one that I felt honored to be a part of.

Here is to another twenty years of happiness! Love you guys....Shirley
